After slowly closing the door behind him, Tenchi walked silently along the curved landing. The house was silent. He continued to walk until he reached Chiyo's room. Still worried about his friend, Tenchi opened the door just enough to peek in and check on her. Everything seemed ok: but, just as he was about to close the door and leave for his own bed, he noticed she was shivering. His mother had said the antidote would make Chiyo more vulnerable to the cold, but surely the extra blanket should have kept her warm? The dosage must have been really strong.
Determined to keep her warm, Tenchi quickly grabbed the spare blanket from his own bed and brought it through to Chiyo's room.
